A freeform MUCK that seeks to provide greater creative freedom and possibility within a flexible, adaptable, and collaborative world. The founders believe that everyone who so desires should have a chance to create, construct, and realize his dreams, fantasies, and visions. Dreamscape permits all manner of worlds and stories within its universe, within a vision of true equality and total democracy. Every member has a say in the MUCK affairs, and has equal dignity and importance with everyone else in the community. There are, of course, rules and policies that must be followed, but the founders believe that the imagination can be best realized within the context of these rules, which all the members of the community agree to uphold, and which bind the community together.
